Coat Condition/ Condición del pelaje
I understand that this establishment puts my pet's comfort above all else. If my pet's coat is matted, I understand the groomer may need to shave the mats rather than perform a painful de-matting procedure. If my pet is severely matted, I understand there is an increased risk for clipper burn or cuts, and that all reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent this, but it may be unavoidable.
Entiendo que este establecimiento prioriza la comodidad de mi mascota. Si el pelaje de mi mascota está enredado, entiendo que el peluquero puede necesitar rasurar los nudos en lugar de realizar un procedimiento doloroso para desenredar. Si mi mascota está severamente enredada, entiendo que existe un mayor riesgo de irritación o cortes con la máquina, y que se tomarán precauciones razonables para evitarlo, pero puede ser inevitable.
I also understand that matted pets take additional time to groom, and an additional fee will be added to the regular grooming price if my pet's coat is matted.

I understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets, and I will inform the groomer if my pet has any heart condition or stress-related issues before grooming. I also understand that it is necessary to keep my pet up to date on all vaccinations and flea and tick prevention.
Entiendo que el aseo puede ser estresante para algunas mascotas, y avisaré al peluquero si mi mascota tiene alguna condición cardíaca o problemas relacionados con el estrés antes del servicio.
